The Colusa County Fairgrounds welcomes you to the 30th Annual Colusa Holiday Craft Faire & Gift Show! We are committed to making this an enjoyable weekend for everyone. Name badges will identify our Fairgrounds Staff and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Please unload your car and park your vehicle prior to setting up your site.

The fact that it is the 30th anniversary makes it even more exciting for myself, our Board of Directors and the existing vendors of this wonderful event. These types of events have a rich history, and craft faire’s have historically been organized events to display and sell handmade crafts.

The Colusa County Fairgrounds would like to continue along this theme.  Most craft faire’s do not allow commercially produced wares to be sold at their events.  However, we would like these types of vendors to continue to sell their products, and there will be a building allocated just for these items.

I am working from records from the year 2011 and before.  I understand that some vendors have either left, moved and/or are new to the show so I need your help.  I have included in your packet maps of each of the buildings including the space numbers for each booth.  If you could please let us know which number booth you believe you have been located in the past it would help us to lay out the buildings.  In order to help the flow of the show and improve the success of the vendors, some vendors will have to move this year.

Exhibitor Guidelines & Instructions

In order to make it more convenient for you as an exhibitor and so that we, here on the grounds, can keep better control, I would like to provide you with the following information:


The COLUSA HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIRE & GIFT SHOW is held on the Colusa County Fairgrounds in Colusa, California just off Highway 20 as you enter the City of Colusa, 9 miles from the junction off I-5 near Williams, 65 miles north of Sacramento.

Dates & Hours

The Show is open from Saturday November 19, 2016 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and Sunday November 20, 2016 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Pre-ship Materials

Exhibitors may pre-ship material to the Fairgrounds:  c/o Laura Ford, Office Manager, 1303 – 10th Street, Colusa, CA 95932, throughout the months of October and November.  Please put Exhibitor Company Name as registered and space number on shipping cartons.

Rentals of Tables, chairs or Tents

For rentals of tables and chairs, etc., you will need to contact “Chico Stage & Lighting” Attention: Katie at 530-895-8233 or for canopy rentals you will need to contact “In Tent Events” Attention: Gary at 530-343-3422.

Check In

In all exhibitors MUST come to the Fair Office and check in prior to setting up for proper direction to their space location.  All exhibitors MUST Register on Saturday November 19th, at this time you will be provided with your exhibitor badges, etc.


Forklifts will be available on the grounds, to assist the exhibitors in handling their equipment.  Exhibitors who require help in unloading are asked to come to the Main Office for assistance.

Inside exhibitors

Inside exhibitors will also receive assistance in the office for locating their booths.  Booths will be in place on Friday November 18th and may be occupied anytime thereafter.


Starting Saturday, November 19th at 4:00 p.m. security will be on the grounds until 10:00am Sunday.  Colusa County Fairgrounds is not responsible for any items left in your booth.

Exhibit Set-up

Exhibits may set up beginning Friday, November 18th starting at 7:00 a.m.  ALL exhibits MUST be in place on November 19th by 8:00 a.m. and remain in place until 3:00 p.m., November 20th or you will forfeit your $200.00 refundable fee for leaving prior to 3:00 p.m.

Lunch Delivery Available

Lunch delivery available this year!  You’ll find a lunch order form for both days in your Welcome Packet for boxed lunches from Rocco’s. Forms are due Saturday at 9:00 a.m. for both days. (Orders are not collected again on Sunday.) This year the Girl Scouts will also be collecting orders for baked potatoes (see enclosed order form).

Outside exhibit plots

Outside exhibits will be furnished with 110-volt electrical outlets if requested and if power is available.

Extension cords must be furnished by exhibitors.
