WANTED: JUNIOR FAIR BOARD MEMBERS
WHAT IS THE JUNIOR FAIR BOARD?
The Junior Fair Board of the 44th District Agricultural Association is a youth-oriented program designed for the youth of the County of Colusa consisting of representatives from each of the five public high schools: Arbuckle, Colusa, Maxwell, Princeton, and Williams.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE JUNIOR FAIR BOARD?
Any student who will be a Junior during the 2016-2017 school year, and is regularly attending one of the five public high schools in Colusa County is eligible to serve on the Junior Fair Board.
Members serve a term of two years. Applicants DO NOT have to be involved in 4-H or FFA to serve as a member of the Junior Fair Board.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF JUNIOR FAIR BOARD MEMBERS?
Junior Fair Board Members are expected to attend one Junior Fair Board meeting each month throughout the year, and serve on at least three standing committees prior to the Colusa County Fair.
HOW DO YOU BECOME A JUNIOR FAIR BOARD MEMBER?
Simply fill out the application Junior Fair Board Application and submit it to the Fair Office, or mail to: Junior Fair Board, 1303 10th Street, Colusa, California 95932.
