Welcome to Pumpkin Village! Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 3rd Annual Colusa County Pumpkin Village.

Vendors are only required to be available Saturday and Sunday October 21, 22, 28, 29, 2017 when the village will be open to the public. During the week, Monday through Friday, October 23rd-24th, Pumpkin Village will be open allowing schools to visit. When you arrive for setup for the 2017 Pumpkin Village, please come in the Main Office, and we will show you where your space will be located. We ask that all exhibitors be in place by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21st.

All food concessions MUST be set up and ready to be checked by the Colusa County Health Department. Please contact the Colusa County Health & Human Services Department for all the necessary paperwork, which you will return directly to them.

We ask that all vendors have a “Harvest” or “Fall” theme to them, for example if you are selling cookies they should be decorated as pumpkins, ghosts, spiders, etc.

Booth fees are as follows:

$150 Food Concession or 25% of Sales (10'x10')
$100 Commercial Vendors (10' x 10')
